We are now looking for an experienced CEO to lead us into our next phase of growth and innovation.

- Offer the opportunity for climbing to whomever despite age or skill level in a way that suits them the best
- Be the ultimate leader for our amazing team – supporting, guiding, and challenging them to be their best
- Keep the balance between fun and finances – drive profitability while keeping the stoke high
- Connect with the local and global climbing communities

- Experience leading teams and businesses. Experience from fitness or hospitality is appreciated
