Otamme käyttöön uuden bouldereiden greidaussysteemin kaikilla halleillamme maanantaina 19.8.!
Olemme keränneet palautetta teiltä (ISO KIITOS!) ja testailleet erilaisia tapoja vaikeusasteen esittämiseen. Nyt on tullut aika vapauttaa otteiden värit ja ottaa käyttöön yleisesti käytetty ranskalainen Fontainebleau-asteikko, mutta sisällyttäen siihen vanhat circuit-värit.
Maanantaista 19.8. eteenpäin kaikki boulderit merkitään kuvien mukaisilla tägeillä, joista näkyy boulderin vaikeusaste Fontsugreideistä tutulla skaalalla sekä circuit-väri. Vieläkin on mahdollista kiivetä ‘sininen circuit’, mutta nyt sininen väri löytyy greiditägin taustalta. Maanantaista lähtien reittien otteet voivat olla minkä värisiä tahansa, vaikkapa pinkeillä otteilla tehty 6A tai keltaisilla otteilla tehty 7B.
Jos reitin aloitusotteesta on tarkoitus lähteä kummallakin kädellä, otteen vieressä on vain greiditägi. Jos taas lähtöotteita on kaksi, eli kummallekin kädelle oma, silloin toinen lähtöote on merkattu greiditägillä ja toinen vanhalla tutulla käden kuvalla.

We are introducing a new boulder grading system in all our gyms starting from Monday 19.8.!
We’ve been collecting feedback from you (THANK YOU!) and testing different ways of representing difficulty. The time has now come to release the colours of the holds and introduce the commonly used French Fontainebleau scale, but incorporating the old circuit colours.
From Monday 19 August onwards, all boulders will be marked with the tags shown in the picture, showing the boulder’s Font-grade, as well as the circuit colour. It is still possible to climb a ‘blue circuit’, but now the blue colour will be found on the background of the tag. From Monday onwards, the boulders can be of any colour, for example 6A with pink holds or 7B with yellow holds.
If the boulder is to be started with both hands, the hold will be accompanied only by the grade tag. If, on the other hand, there are two starting holds, one for each hand, then one start hold will be marked with a grade tag and the other with the old familiar hand symbol.
